Beginners courses are for students new to yoga or with little or no experience and are taught as six week courses to build a safe and solid foundation for the practice of yoga.

We have the following beginners classes currently running:

Mondays 6.00-7.00pm with Erika

Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm with Ruth

Wednesdays 6.00-7.00pm with Lisa

Fridays Yoga Gently (suitable for all) 10.30-11.30 am with Ruth
