BEGINNERS

Beginners courses are for students new to yoga or with little or no experience and are taught as six week courses to build a safe and solid foundation for the practice of yoga.

We have the following beginners classes currently running:

 

Tuesdays 6.15-7.30pm with Ruth

Fridays Yoga Gently (suitable for all) 10.30-11.30 am with Ruth-CLASS ON HOLD
